Spring is here!
It felt like it lasted forever, that past winter! But now we can finally shout it from the
rooftops: spring is here! And with it, we’ve welcomed the birds, the sunshine, and our very
first guests of the new season.
Speaking of birds… this place is truly something special. So many different species making
their voices heard! Waking up to their cheerful songs in the paradise setting of La Vida
Soñada is simply magical. The hoopoe, the nightingale, the golden oriole… they’re all back
and clearly loving it here.
And then there’s the sun—finally back where it belongs, high in the bright blue sky. It felt like
it had abandoned us for a while, especially since that massive rainstorm near Valencia last
October. The months that followed weren’t exactly postcard-worthy either. In fact, March
was one of the wettest months ever recorded. Not quite the Spain we’re used to!
But nature loved it. After 18 months of nearly no rain, the land, the animals, and the
reservoirs were crying out for water. Now, they’re bursting back to life. This already lush
region has exploded into a festival of colors. We’re walking from one flower field to the next,
surrounded by vibrant greens, yellows, purples, and reds. You have to see it to believe it.
Our first guests — or should we say friends? — have already enjoyed it to the fullest. Peter,
Ellen, Heidi and Erik have visited us so often that a beautiful friendship has blossomed. That
this can happen here, in this magical place, is perhaps what brings us the greatest joy.
This past winter was a quiet one for us. No big renovation projects this time, but of course
we’ve been busy with countless small improvements and maintenance tasks to keep
everything perfect for your stay.
And now we’re more excited than ever for the sixth season of naturist/nudist bliss.
